Attendance at the conference will be by invitation and registration only

Conference capacity will be 250 persons maximum. 200 sponsored (free) seats will be allocated to guests who are invited by the organisers. Up to 50 additional guests can be accommodated on the fist-come first served bases. Registration fees depend on the applicants’ affiliation and time of application (before or after 20 April deadline).

Accompanying Persons All accompanying persons must be registered by filling out the registration form here, or send their names directly to our registration office. Non-registered people are not allowed to enter the Conference Hall. Registered companions are allowed to attend only sessions that are attended by the designated official only.
