Covid Test (Mandatory)

To protect you and other guests, Forum attendants must show a recent certificate of negative Covid test before admission. Available options include:

a) Provide a negative PCR test (not older than 48h) upon arrival;
b) Register on 25 October between 16:00-18:30 when a rapid antigen test (takes 15 min) will be carried out for you at Rotana. A certificate, valid for the rest of the Forum, will be provided.
c) Arrive early in the morning (between 08:00-8:30 am) on Tuesday or Wednesday for a rapid antigen test before admission.

Free Seating 

Seating inside the conference hall is free, except for a small number of front seats that are usually booked for speakers or certain dignitaries.

Wifi

Wireless Internet is available in all the hotels, and the conference venue, but the latter can be unreliable if overloaded.

Meeting Languages

Sessions and panel discussions will be conducted in English, Arabic and Kurdish, with instant translation between all three.

Meals

During the Forum, speakers and up to 150 invited participants will be offered complementary lunch.  For all others, a discount of 25% has been negotiated for Forum delegates at Rotana’s Flavours restaurant (price $33.00). There are several other restaurant options available inside and outside the Rotana hotel.

Accompanying persons

All accompanying persons must be either registered or their names passed on to our registration desk. Guards and assistants are expected to remain outside the conference hall. Please asked them to keep their movement in-and-out of the conference to minimum and protect silence during panel discussions.

Dress Code

The dress code is formal business attire for all sessions and events.
