Attendance at the conference will be by invitation and registration only.
Conference capacity will be 225 persons maximum. 150 sponsored (i.e. free) seats will be allocated to invited guests and applicants on a first come, first served basis.
Registration fees depend on delegate’s affiliation and time of application (before or after 30 September deadline).
