The Middle East Research Institute (MERI) is launching its special report “The Future of Kirkuk: A Roadmap for Resolving the Status of the Governorate”. MERI’s Report and its recommendations will be presented to the Provincial Council of Kirkuk in the presence of representatives of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI), diplomatic missions in Iraq and Kurdistan Region, NGOs, press and media outlets at 10 AM on Monday – September 7, 2015, in Kirkuk.
