Attendance to the conference will be by invitation and registration only.
Conference capacity will be 250 maximum. 150 sponsored (free) seats will be allocated to invited guests and applicants on a first come first served basis.
Registration fees depend on delegate’s affiliation and time of application (before or after 5 October deadline).
