Mohammed Othman is an Information Technology (IT) Manager at the Middle East Research Institute (MERI). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology at Ishik University – Erbil. Mohammed has several years of experience in windows server, including server virtualization, DNS management, web server management, Microsoft Exchange server management and windows web hosting control panels. He started his career as IT Technician at the Ministry of Finance Kurdistan region. Then he worked with a Shnst Company for Building as a IT manager and accountant. Prior joining MERI he was working at Ministry of Higher Education where he was in charge of the internet server and web application.
